Dear God , Being in jail was not fun at all . 12 months of Washing clothes . Sleeping on the cold floor if I refused . I felt just like a Ceilie with Mister . Do I regret doing what I did ? Not at all . The question was offensive knowing w the work black people use to do for whites . Next , I thought about my kids all day in the cell . Wondering if they are ok . I missed them dearly when I seen them get took away during the altercation all I could think about . Now i’m out singing all the songs i’ve learned . The little white boy better not kick me again that’s what I know .
